Eganville's Finest was started back in 2010 by Chef Tracy Keller. Using her grandmother's recipes from the dairy farm she started making homemade ice cream for family and friends. It wasn't long before people were placing special orders for her amazing ice cream

In 2012 Tracy entered The Renfrew County Buttertart Festival and Eganville's Finest was named the maker of Best Buttertart in Renfrew County.

 In 2017 Tracy partnered with Ottawa Restaurateur Shelley England and Eganville's Finest  evolved into the company it is today !
